免運費服務

美國境內單筆訂單滿 US $199 即享免運(夏威夷及阿拉斯加除外)。未滿 $199 或海外地區(不含台灣)依 USPS 運費計算;台灣地區專線運費首磅 USD 15,續磅每磅加收 USD 5。

退貨規則

為確保品質完整性,DCNHC 原則上不提供退貨服務。若收到的商品與訂單不符,請於 7 個工作天內聯繫客服處理;若包裹已寄出而消費者個人因素要求取消,需自行負擔雙向運費。

配送錯誤

送出訂單前請務必再三確認收件資訊。若因地址誤填而造成包裹配送失敗,將產生寄往錯誤地址與寄回 DCNHC 的雙向運費與可能的倉儲費用,該費用由消費者負擔。

Terms and Conditionsof Sale

Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Sale before using this website. Your use of this website or your order of our products is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Other Documents

The Terms and Conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered Terms and Conditions will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Company.

Governing Law

THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. To the extent permissible by law, the terms of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply, even where adopted as part of the domestic law of the country whose law governs the Agreement. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, or with respect to the validity, interpretation and enforcement of the Agreement, including the breach thereof, will be finally settled exclusively by the state or federal courts of Washington.

Payment Terms

Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Company's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Company, payment must be received by Company prior to Company's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice. Company may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Company until accepted by Company. Any quotations given by Company will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Separate charges for shipping and handling may be shown on Company's receipt. Unless Customer provides Company with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Company's acceptance of the order, Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Company's franchise taxes and taxes on Company's net income.

Free Shipping Services

DCNHC, LLC offers exclusive service of free postal air parcel shipping to 48 US states (Exclude Hawaii and Alaska) with single order above USD 199. However, single order under USD 199 will be charged for shipping fees based on USPS rate. International orders: shipping service is provided by USPS. For Taiwan area, DCNHC also offer private carrier besides USPS. Shipping rate to Taiwan through private carrier is USD 15 for the first pound and USD 5 for every additional pound.

Payment Option

DCNHC, LLC accepts payment with credit card. Make sure your card is in valid condition (Expiration / Security Code). Please contact your bank if you are not able to complete payment.

Estimation for Delivery

Once DCNHC, LLC confirmed your payment, we will arrange shipment on every Wednesday (USA time) for all domestic orders. If all items are in stock, customers may expect to receive within 5-7 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance.

Receipt

DCNHC, LLC will include receipt for all orders.

Return Policies

To ensure the quality of products through the entire chain of custody, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All sales are final. If the products delivered to customer are incorrect, customer shall immediately contact DCNHC, LLC's customer service with the order number. Customer must submit a request within seven (7) business days after receiving of such incorrect products. After Company's review and approval upon the request, Company may ship the correct products after receiving the incorrect products from customer. Delivery Disclaimer

If a package to DCNHC, LLC is returned due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping, re-shipping, and restocking fees incurred herein.

International Orders

Prices paid for DCNHC, LLC's products do not include custom fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs. Each country has its own laws and regulations; Company cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority. DCNHC, LLC has no control over these fees and is not liable for any of these fees incurred. In the event that any additional fees apply to your order, you will be charged at the time of delivery. If you refuse a shipment because of these fees, there is no return, exchange, or refund for any product. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees (including return shipping) and restocking fees incurred and/or billed to DCNHC, LLC.

Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel items or orders that have not entered the shipping process yet. 1. Email your cancel request to [email protected]; you will receive a confirmation email within two business days and will not be billed for the cancelled item or order. 2. After receiving the confirmation email, you may login and check the status of the order. 3. You cannot cancel items purchased as part of a discounted bundle individually. If you cancel any item that is part of the bundle, all remaining bundle items that have not shipped will be cancelled.
